Chrome extension setup

Install the JobOfferMaster extension

Start with the approved Chrome Web Store release. If you need the downloadable package, follow the manual installation steps below.

Option 1 · Recommended

Install the approved Store version

Open the published JobMaster listing in the Chrome Web Store. Chrome will guide you through adding the extension.

  1. 1. Open the listing. Use the button above in Chrome on your computer.
  2. 2. Add to Chrome. Select Add to Chrome on the Store page.
  3. 3. Confirm. Select Add extension when Chrome asks.

Option 2 · Manual installation

Install from the ZIP file

Download and extract the package, then load its folder in Chrome. Keep the extracted folder on your computer while you use this version.

  1. 1Download and extract the ZIP. It contains a folder named extension with a manifest.json file inside.
  2. 2Open Chrome extensions. Type chrome://extensions into Chrome’s address bar and press Enter.
  3. 3Turn on Developer mode. Use the switch in the upper-right corner of the Extensions page.
  4. 4Load the extracted extension. Select Load unpacked, then choose the extension folder that contains manifest.json.
  5. 5Disable the older copy. If JobMaster is already installed from the Store, turn that copy off on the Extensions page to avoid running both versions together.
